Hmmmm...interesting!
I was so excited to see CARROT COOKIES! I never knew such a thing existed, but I love love love carrot cake. I'm on it! (Thanks for the words of encouragement...we can laugh about "the tantrum" now.)
My Mom used to make pumpkin cookies -- and although they looked and sounded "different" they were DELISH!!! And I know nothing about eating myself sick...
Ummm...I love carrot cake, so I have to love these, right?! They look sooooo good! I might have to try and bake these {one day :-)}
